Afterwards make sure Tiki has both defense and bow res. Then second turn the ads ALWAYS go physical counter stance, so use aoe magic (Hellfire+ Bolt3), while Kersjes starts ST debuff the boss using his Piercing shots (w/ Viola its much easier to stack debuffs). If I have a strategy, I usually start with a Theo regen, as even with front row wind resist+ regen, sometimes all 3 decide to gang up on one person and likely still kills, rare but does happen. Unfortunately the A1 stats does matter to a degree, since 50 extra atk is noticable, but it shouldn't be too much of an issue. 
As for equipment, the archers have mostly Berserk IV with one Inferno IV (Kerjses or Hannit I forgot who had what), with updated lv 68-70 equipement, and in terms of accessories, I have a scarf on each character, with the archers all having a +atk or +def/crit accessory, otherwise nothing special. This is the team I used to 7 turn clear it.
